Cargopilot overview
Cargopilot is the logistics module of Miridia. It moves the goods after a sale, a purchase, or a transfer. It holds the shipments, the carrier quotations, the waybills, the delivery plans, the fleet, and the delivery zones.
Cargopilot uses the same data as the rest of Miridia. A shipment refers to a Miridia order, a customer, and a location. Thus you do not enter an address or an item two times. The portal shows the logistics screens next to the other modules, and the Core API holds the logistics operations.

Shipments
The shipment record, its items and dimensions, a status for each step, waypoints, comments, attachments, and the trace log.
Delivery plans
Group shipments into a delivery plan with a vehicle and drivers, and follow the plan on a timeline.
Fleet and tracking
Record your vehicles, link a GPS tracker, and see the last position and the travel history.

- Carrier booking and labels. Cargopilot books the shipment with the carrier when you accept a quotation, and stores the carrier label as PDF and as ZPL.
- Carrier tracking. Each carrier sends status updates to the shipment, and the receiver follows the delivery on a tracking page.
- Route optimisation. Cargopilot orders the stops of a delivery plan with time windows, vehicle capacity, and driver shifts, over more than one vehicle.
- Driver tools. Drivers get a mobile stop list, and they capture proof of delivery with a signature and a photo.
- Customs and clearance. HS code and dangerous-goods classifiers, commercial invoices, packing lists, and duty calculation.
- Returns. A return shipment links to the original order and gets its own label.
Events
