Integrations overview
Miridia is a supply chain and automation platform. It keeps one record of your orders, products, customers, and stock. An integration moves data between that record and the other systems that your business uses.
Each integration is a provider. A provider can be a sales channel, an accounting package, a workflow engine, or a data warehouse. When you connect a provider, Miridia makes a configured provider for your business. The configured provider holds the credentials and the settings for that connection.

An eCommerce integration can sync products, orders, and customers. It can also send the shipment and fulfilment status back to the store. As an option, you can let the store send its prices and stock quantities to Miridia. Read Pricing to learn how Miridia records a price that a channel reports.

An accounting integration syncs products and customers, and it creates invoices. It can also sync ledger data. You can map the cost lines of a bill of materials to general ledger accounts. Read Bills of material.

Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Freshsales, Zoho CRM, and Monday.com are available through consulting services.
Warehouse management
Miridia does not supply a ready-made connector for a specific warehouse management system. Our team has built connections for providers such as ShipHero and ChannelDock. A warehouse integration can sync stock levels, update the order and shipment status, and reconcile inventory. Ask us to review your system.

Carriers
Carrier integrations belong to Cargopilot, the logistics product of Miridia. Cargopilot gets carrier quotations, books shipments, prints labels, and tracks deliveries. Miridia keeps the shipment record and sends the shipment to Cargopilot through the carrier interface. To learn more, go to cargopilot.net.
Connect an integration
The steps are the same for each provider. Some providers use OAuth, and some use an API key.
Select the provider
In the portal, open the integrations page and select the provider. The page shows the settings that the provider needs, for example a store address or an API key.
Configure the provider
Enter the settings and save them. Miridia makes the configured provider and makes sure that each required setting is present. If the provider uses OAuth, Miridia gives you a link to the sign-in page of the provider.
Give access
For an OAuth provider, sign in to the provider and approve the access. The provider then sends you back to Miridia. For an API key provider, this step is not necessary. Some API key providers, for example n8n, configure and activate in one step.
Activate the provider
Activate the configured provider. Miridia then starts to use the connection. For some providers, Miridia also makes the workflows that the provider needs, for example the order sync workflows of a store. The administrators of the business get a notification when the activation is complete.
To stop an integration, remove the configured provider. Miridia stops all calls to that provider. The administrators get a notification.
